British Naval Officer Accused: Sequel To Fatal Wanchai Accident

KENNETH DUNCAN BRUCE, N-year-old engineer-officer in His Majesty's Navy, who was charged at the Criminal Sessions yester- day with the manslaughter of a ricksha coolie.
