British Naval Officer Accused: Sequel To Fatal Wanchai Accident
KENNETH DUNCAN BRUCE, N-year-old engineer-officer in His Majesty's Navy, who was charged at the Criminal Sessions yester- day with the manslaughter of a ricksha coolie. LAM SHING-SHI, In a motor accident in Hennessy Road in the early hours of April 4. was' cross-examined 'at-length when he gave evidence in the after-
