U.S. CONCILIATION TREATIES WITH THE DOMINIONS

WASHINGTON, Mar. 8 (Reuter) -I was learned here yesterday that the United States is nego- tiation with Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand providing that any dispute aris- ing between these Dominions and the United States shall be re- ferred to a permanent Concilla- tion Commission, consisting of ive members two of whom will represent the United States.

There will be a separate com- mission for each Dominion.

The United States has already s Conciliatory Treaty with Bri- tain, but its feferences to the Dominions since the statute of Westministar is regarded as out of date....
