CHUNGKING, Feb. 25 (Reuter) - The National People's Congress will meet in Chungking during November to discuss and adopt the constitution for China and also to fix the date for the enforcement of the constitution.

The basis of the deliberations, it 15 learned, will be the final draft of the constitution promulgated by the Chinese National Government on May 5, 1936, which contains 148 Articles, grouped under eight chapters.
