Damaged Packages will be examined by the Company's Servapors, Messrs. Goddard & Dongles in the presence of the Consignees at 10.00 am. on Thursday, the 7th Dec., 1939.

Consignees must have a Bevande Officer in attendance when any dutiable goods are examined by the Company's Surveyors,

No Fire Insurance will be effected by us in any case whatever,

having arrived, from New York and Farta of call, Consignees of Cargo are hereby notified that their Goods are being landed and placed at their risk into the Hong Kong and Kowloon Whär! and Godown Company's godowns At Kowloon, whers delivery may be obtained sa son'sa the Goods are landed Optional Cargo will not be landed bare, unless Notice has been given 48 beurs prior to vessel's arrival, but carried en from port to port to the final port of call to which the option 'bxtenda.

No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 9th Dec., 1939, will be subject to Rent.

All broken, chafed, and damaged Good are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on 8th Dec., 1938, at 10 am, by our Surveyor Messrs. Goddard & Douglas, To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations,consignees must have Revenue Officer in attendance when damaged dutiable goods are sxamined.
