SOME OF THE PROBLEMS BEHIND THE NEGOTIATIONS FOR LOANS which have recently been going on were dealt with by Mr. H. V. Hodson in a broadcast talk on World Affairs last night.
Mr. Hodson first dealt with the alleged economic deal with Germany and said that the idea of an exchange between German disarmament and a £1,000,000,000 loan was absurd.
