(1) Sky signs, illuminated advertisements and any other lights used outside or at the entrance of any shop or place of amusement or any other premises for the purpose of advertisement or display.

(2) Lights used inside any shop for the purpose of adver- tisement or display when the is closed for serving shop customers.
