TWO BRITONS ARE FORCED TO APPEAR NAKED IN FULL VIEW
OF CHINESE: CONCESSION WIRE ENTANGLEMENTS ELECTRIFIED
TIENTSIN, JUNE 19 (REUTER)—TWO BRITISH MEN "ARE AMONG THE LATEST VICTIMS OF SEARCHING WHOSE NAMES HAVE NOT BEEN DIVULGED. THEY REPORTED TO THE BRITISH CONSULATE THAT THEY WERE STRIPPED ENTIRELY NAKED AND SUBMITTED TO THE MOST OBSCENE DEGRADATIONS WHILE NAKED.

Two new River Gunboats destined for the Yang- tze River Patrol-H.M.S. Dragonfly and HLM.S. Grass- hopper-which were constructed to Admiralty design and specification by Messrs. John I. Thornycroft & Co., Limited, at their yards at Woolston, Southampton, were recently handed over to the Royal Navy by Messrs. Thornycroft & Company, of Hongkong.
