SHANGHAI, June 5. (Int'l)- Japanese exports of rayon cloth and yarn once more declined-last- the month as compared with month before. Rayon cloth ship- ped from Japan In April totalled 44,800 boxes as against 47,600. boxes in March, while Nipponese exports of rayon yarn decreased from 20,000 to 24,900 boxes.

Practically all the rayon yarn 0/8-15/64 0/8-15/84 exported from Japan last month 0/8-13/64 0/8-1304 was sold to countries outside the 0-8-11/64 0/8-11/84 yen bloc while one-third of the rayon cloth exporta went to yen U.S. Dollars

KUNMING, June 5 Ipt-An increase of the export duty on Iron ore in French Indo-China from the presént 10 per cent to 15 per cent, has been approved by the Supreme Economic and Financial Counrit of the French Colony. The duty increase is likely to be promulgated in the near future.

The market opened with prices unchanged for all deliveries as compared with Friday's closing rates.

In accordance with conditions prevailing in London and New York the market was dull and fe aturèless throughout the session.

The sharp decline in Motor-car production in USA, which is attributable to the Automobile strike and the Whitsun Holiday, coupled with the uncertainty still surrounding the international political situation tended to restrain activity. Pending clarification of these adverse conditions' it is not expected that the market will move into higher grounds. It would, therefore, seem to be advisable to pursue a policy of slow accum ulation on further recessions,
