Four Persons Chopped To Death In Wanchai Flat
WOMAN KILLED IN DARING KOWLOON DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
"ONE OF THE MOST DASTARULY AND GUASTLY CRIMES IN THE HISTORY OF HONGKONG, in which four persons were brutally chopped to death- crime the circumstances of which gave all the appearances of having been the work of maniacs or persons momentarily gone mad-yesterday occupied, and is occupying, the full attention of the whole of the Criminal In- vestigation Department on the Island.
At the same time police on the mainland were engaged on apother serious outrage, a daring daylight robbery as the un- direct résult of which a Chinese, woman was killed in the ex- change of fire between police and the alleged robbers:
