Retaliatory Penalties On Japan's Trade Will Be Britain's Obvious Weapon

LONDON, May 28 (Reuter)-A vigorous British re- jöinder to the blockade of the international settlement at Kulangsu is likely to be made within a few days falling a satisfactory reply to the protest delivered by the Commander-in-Chief of the China Station, Adml.
