A thirteen-year-old boy and his aunt yesterday testified to seeing a struggle between a customer and a walter at the Cha Heung Sut Restaurant on the night of January 28 when Li Ping- chun appeared "for the third day before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, at the Criminal Sessions, charged with the murder of Hiyoshi Sagara, a Japanese subject.
The defence yesterday closed its case, and Mr. H. G. Sheldon, K.C., counsel for the defence, and Mr. John Whyatt, Crown Counsel, prosecuting, will address the jury on resumption of the case to-morrow morning..
