The monthly meeting of the General Committes of the Kow- kon Residents' Association was held on Tuesday, April 4. In 8t. Andrew's Church Hall at 5.30 pm. The following were present: Major C. 31. The Traffic Sub-Committee again drew attention to the danger of the grass islands in Waterloo Road between Argyle Street and Prince Edward Road. As they are at present they constitute a very grave danger to motorcar drivers at night. and especially in rainy or föggy weather.
