E. Lindasil gave Judgment for plaintiff with costs and awarded her damages in the 'sums of $200 and $85 special damages,

Misa Chan alleged that on Nov. 23 last, the defendant struck her on the month and left cheek, 'bruising her lips and loosening an incisor tooth, and also ruptured her left eardram.
