DEMOCRACIES ATTACKED AGAIN: GERMAN AND ITALIAN COMPLAINTS

BERLIN, Mar 5 (Reuter) --- Germany's dissatisfaction at the distribution of the world's natural wealth was stressed by Dr. Josef Goebbels in opening the Leipzig Fair to-day.

Making a bitter attack on the democracies, Dr. Goebbels said that it was especially the size and wealth of the British Empire which aroused his criti- cism. He
