INDIANS TO WIN AT LAST? (By TAC")
RACE WEEK NOTWITHSTANDING, A FULL PRO- GRAMME OF GAMES IS DOWN FOR DECISION IN THE CRICKET LEAGUE TO-DAY, though I have been unable to ascertain whether or not they will all be played off. All the games are interesting, but the best, as well as the most important, will be that between the Hongkong Cricket Club and Kowloon Cricket Club, the venue for which is Chater Road.
The most logical result of this match would be a draw, but I have a feeling that both sides are all out to win, and will take even extreme chances in an en- deavour to collect the very important three points. If this be indeed the spirit in which the teams approach the game, then I rather fancy the Kowloonites' chances.
