NEW YORK, JANUARY 24 (REUTER)-JOE LOUIS IS 7 TO I ODDS ON FAVOURITE to beat John Henry Lewis, light-heavy- weight champion, in the first all-black World Heavyweight Cham- ship fight in the history of Madison Square Garden to-morrow.

OF KWANGSI The Hongkong banch of the National Women's Reller Associa- tion has received a telegram from Gen, Huang Hsu-chu, Chairman of the Kwangs: Provincial Govern- ment, asking it to solicit help from the charity organizations in Hong- kong for the relief of the numerous war refugees in Kwangs, says "Central News."

More than 700,000 refugees have flocked into Kwangsi after the rall of Canton, Hankow and Hunan province, according to Mr. H. Hal- shou, manager of the Hongkong office of the Kwangsi Import and Export Trade Bureau, who arrived here a few days ago.
