Lindsell at the Criminal Sessions yes- terday Cheng Shuet-wah, allas Cheng Chu, was charged on three counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to murder a woman, Yeung Wai-ping, aged 20, on August 29, causing grievous bodily harm with intent te maim or disable her, and causing grievous bodily harm.
