At Happy Valley yesterday, R. A. (Stanley) shared points with Sth-Bde. R. A, in a Third Division "A" football encounter, each side scoring two goals.

Falth put Stanley in the lead after the interval, Whittle cold- ed with Hall and both players were carried off the field. Dean scored the equaliser from a rebound.

Postal Service to Canton is temporarily suspended. CHRISTMAS PARCEL MAIL FOR GREAT BRITAIN "The Christmas Parcel Mail for Great Britain will be closed in the General Post Office and Kowloon Central Post Office at Noon" on Friday, 11th November per 5. S. "Ranpura" and is due to arrive at Loudon on the 16th December, 1938.

The Public, are kindly requested to post early. Air mail for certain places previously served by the Chungking and Hankow Air-lines, will be despatched via Hañol and thence by.. air as services permit.

Ordinary letter mail only for West Kwangtung, Kwangsi, Sze- chwan, Kwelchow and Hunan will be accepted at senders' risk.
