Hitler's Wire Stirs Paris

FLANDIN TO ANSWER IN PARLIAMENT

A telegram sent on October 2 by Herr Hitler to M. Pierre Flandin, the Right Wing lea- der, caused something of a sensation when It was read to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber by a Socialist deputy yesterday.

The message, which was in reply to one sent, by M. Flandin to Herr Hitler, read:

"I sincerely thank you for the friendly congratulations you sent me and I give you assurances of my grateful sentiments for the energetic efforts you are making for an entente and complete col- laboration between France and Germany.

"I have followed them" with sin- cere interest and trust that they may have wider results."

Prague, Oct. 6.

The Hungarian flag is being flown from the municipal buildings on the Czech side of, the Danube at the town of Ko marom, which is partly Hun- garian and partly Czech.

The bridges joining the two havies of the town have been opened to traffic and thousands of «Hun- garians are pouring into Komarom to fraternise with their brethren on the Czech side.

It is rellably reported that the Czech troops are withdrawing. It is expected that a commission will be set up to-morrow to decide when and where and in what cir- cumstances the plebiscite will take place to see which areas will'.go to Hungary-Reuter.
