PARIS, SEPTEMBER 21. THE CZECH GOVERNMENT HAS REJECTED THE ANGLO. FRENCH PROPOSALS FOR SETTLING THE DISPUTE" WITH THE SUDETEN GERMANS.

In a note to the British and French Governments yesterday, the Czech Government states that it cannot subscribe to a plan which has been made without its consent and asks that the conflict between Germany and Czechoslovakia should be submitted to arbitration, In accordance with the treaty of 1926.
