LOCAL COMMENT Commenting on China's demand for the invocation of Article 17 of the League Covenant at the forth- coming League Council and Assem- bly meetings, the local edition of the Ta Kung Pao declared in an editorial yesterday that China is not asking other countries to shed blood for her nor is she purposely embarrassing the League.
