Prague, August 18, the Sudeten German Neguliations between representatives of Party, Dr. Milan Hodza, the Premier, and other members of the Czech Cabinet, opened yesterday.

The Sudetens' attitude is that while they do not accept the Gov- ernment's minority proposals, they are not closing the door to fur- ther negotiations.
