A semi-official statement issued on Saturday announces that au official decree will be issued shortly forbidding all active members of foreign defence forces to make their homes in the so-called “pro- hibited zones.

This decree will stipulate that all persons belonging to the de- fence forces of any foreign country at present in any of the "pro- hibited zones" are to leave such areas forthwith and those failing "to do so will expose themselves to the risk of punishment.

There will be one collection from the pillar boxes as on Sun- days, one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 11.30 am, and one delivery of registered correspondence at 11.00 am.
