A semi-official statement issued on Saturday announces that au official decree will be issued shortly forbidding all active members of foreign defence forces to make their homes in the so-called “pro- hibited zones.
This decree will stipulate that all persons belonging to the de- fence forces of any foreign country at present in any of the "pro- hibited zones" are to leave such areas forthwith and those failing "to do so will expose themselves to the risk of punishment.
