Shanghai, July 18.

ANOTHER MAN LOST HIS LIFE shortly after 8.45 this morning in a part of the western district over which the Shanghal Municipal Police have no authority.
The victim, Wang Fook-wel, a native of Anhwal, and described as a notorious gangstar who had been connected with a number of gambling places in the western part of the city, was shot in the chest by a gunman.
Wang was immediately removed to hospital where he died soon after admission."
