The Chinese educational system here has been substituted by, a puppet plan following Japanese occupation of this pert.

Chinese newspapers are forced to suspend publication, and pro- Japanese papers, edited by traitors, have taken their place. Senior and junior schools are compelled to change their syllabus and use pro-Japanese text books.
