COURTING EVE·
Mr. Cyril Gregory Out Of Novices Class
The fine riding of Mr. H. C. Pih was one of the features of the Fifth Extra Räce\Mesting which attracted a very mediocre crowd. due no doubt to the uncertainty of the weather. Another, feature was the win by Mir. Cyril Gregory on Centre Court in the Wallsend Handicap by virtue of which he has earned the right to have his name in black letters.

The" diffest dividend of the day was returned by Estover in the last race when the backers received $163.30 for their modest 53 Investment.
