New Luxury Ships Planned By N.Y.K.

Tokyo, March 17.

The construction of three luxury liners, designed expressly for the transportation of visitors to the Olympic Games in 1910, is an- Inounced by the Nippon Yusen

Kaisha.

They will each have a displace- ment tonnage of 16,500 and a speed

of 2% knots.

The keel, of the first of the three liners will be laid in May, and all three vessels will be completed be- fore 1940..

Following the termination of the Games, the ships will be placed on the European runs.--Reuter).
