London, Jan. 18. Earl Howe, the well-known rac-. ing motorist, recently delivered a lecture in London on the subject of the Motor Highways in England, during the course of which he mentioned the new roads of Ger- many,
He said that driving upon the latter was a process entirely devoid of danger, mentioning the absence of speed limits, and expressed a wish that there were as good roads in England.
