LADIES HOCKEY

Seaforth Ladies Unlucky

Three games were played in the Brawn Cup hockey series on Saturday and resulted as follows: Central British Schoolgirls beat Recreio Ladies 4-; Seaforth Ladies drew with Central British School "B" and "Y" Ladies' junior team beat C.BA Juniors 6-nll.

The best game of the three was that between Seaforth Ladies and C.B.S."B," though the former were perhaps unlucky in not being able to claim full points. Mrs. Ackroyd gave them the lead in the Brst half and it was not until. a couple of minutes from time that the CB.S. equalised through Miss Turnbull.

CAER CLARK CUP

"Y" Ladies, after a very close first half, beat Hong Kong Ladles by three goals to nil in their re- turn match in the Caer Clark Cup and have thus put themselves in unchallengeable position for

championship honours.
