The provisional government of the republic of "China"" yesterday appointed an organising committee for the "Federated Reserve Bank of China," according to Japanese despatches.

The committee includes, Plen Shou-sun, manager of the Bank of China, Hsu Po-yuan. manager of the Bank of Communications, Hala Yun-sheng, manager of the Bank of East Hopel, and five other bankers.
