WEEDING-OUT OF INCOMPETENTS

Review By The Editor

In a pamphlet written by Mr. Wang Yung-pin, Minister of Justice pf China; and issued by the Chinese League of Nations Union of Nanking, recent reforms in the Chinese Judicial ad- ministration are discussed and the national system of Justice is explained.

Much of the pamphlet is technical, but at no time is it in- volved or complex. Indeed, it is written so that the layman can grasp the significance of a system which can virtually" either make or mar the happiness of a mighty nation.
