Many Dutch rubber growers are
doubtful whether they will be able to produce more than 20 pe cent. of their quota in the next four or five months as there will a sufficient supply of not be coolles until after that period.
This view was expressed as Amsterdam on Feb. 29 despite the clatin made at the meeting of Dutch rubber growers there that only the lack of suficient workmen was Preventing the estates from producing up to their quota and that this was being made good by the increased import of coolles.
It is said that the working-up factories may not have simncient- capacity for dealing with all the rubber produced while it should be borne in mind also that "the÷ question of shipping capacity has not yet been fully solved,
Exactly the same":"refers to native rubber, though productive capacity of the native gardeni la considerably greater at present than that of the estates.
