London, March 22.

King Leopold of the Belgians left Brussels this morning and is travelling via Ostend to London where he will arrive early this evening to spend a private visit lasting three days during which he will stay at the Belgian Embassy. Ambassador Barob de Cartier de Marchienne is to-night giving a dinner party in his honour at which representatives of the British political Hterary and scientific elreles » as well as colonial and industrial representatives will be present.

According to announced arrangements, King Leopold will play rolf to-morrow and will dine informally with. the King and Queen at.. Buckingham Palace on Wednesday night.
