This decision was taken at the closing, session of the Raw Materials Com- mitte. It was decided, simultane- ously, that foodstuffs and fodder were to be considered raw materi- als as much as industrial raw materials.

The Committee adopted a seven- point report which can be sum- marised as follows:

1. Foodstuffs and fodder to be Included in the scope of the in- quiry;

2. All raw materials, whether colonial or metropetan, must be taken into consideration:
