Mr. F. C. De Baram, the Oxford Double Blue, was amongst those who arrived in Ceylon on Decem ber 28, by the Derbyshire from London. "He was accompanied by his mother, Mra, F. de Baron, his brother and sister, who are return- ing after a holiday in England.
