The total tonnage of general cargo carried by vessels to the Colony was 2.770 tons, with British steamers carrying 1,762. tons.
Through cargo for ports be- yond the Colony amounted to 8,740 tona, of which 3.090 tons were carried by British steximera: Astatic deck passengers entering Into the Colony during the 24 hours ended at 9 am. yesterday were only 8. of which 6 were from British steamers
