Notice is hereby given that the above named Company has Issued a Prospectus dated the 9th day of December 1935 a copy of which has been delivered to the Registrar of Com. panies for registration, in respect of the issue at par ol 600,000 shares of 10 each. It is intended to appoint Mr. G.B. Gifford Hull as the Managing Director of the Company as soon as his present ob- ligations with regard to the works at Shing Mun are fulfilled.
The authorised capital of the Company is £500,000. divided into 20,000 A Shares of 10 each and 980,000 or dinary shares of 10%. each. ̧
The first Directors are: Jan Hendrik Marsman, Stan- ley Hudson Dodwell, Benjamin Shannon Ohdick, Thomas Burlington Wilson, George Charles Dankwerth and Gordon Burnett Gifford Hull.
The whole issue, and any future issue of the authorised capital, have been underwritten by Jan Hendrik Marsman for 2 total consideration of £27,500 under a Contract made be tween him and the Company dated the 8th day of December 1936.
