Week-End Spoon And Practice Shoot

OPENING OF CLUBHOUSE TO-MORROW

A Spoon &" Practice Shoot was held by the Hong Kong Rifle Asso- ciation on the Naval Range, at Stonecutters on Saturday afternoon last, by courtesy of the Naval Authorities.

A large attendance had been ex- pected but owing to the Royal Pro- clamation taking place in the afternoon, it was not possible for many of the Service members to be present who would otherwise have taken part in the competition. In spite of this, nearly fity cards were taken out, which fact shows in self the great advance which has been made, as compared with the attendances obtained last season.
