Freight and Asiatic Passengers Returns

(BY LONGSHOREMAN). During the 24 hours ended at 9.00 am. yesterday, the freight returns, received from the Bar- bour Once showed moderate tonnage movement.

The total tornage of general cargo carried by vessels to the Colony was 9,337 tons, with British steamers carrylag 5,575 tons.

Through cargo for ports be- yond the Colony amounted to 13.703 rons. of which 1,917 tona were carried by British steamers

Asiatic deck passengers entering Into the Colony during the 24 hours ended at 9.00 a.m. yesterday were 1.388, of which 133 were from British steamers

There were altogether afteen arrivals, of which five were of British registry. the remainder being of other nationalities, while of the 14 departures, seven were British ships. the rest being of other different countries. culars as follows:- Nationality
