The freight returns, received | General Lee, from the Harbour Office during the 24 hours ended at 9.00 a.m. yesterday, showed a fairly high tonnage movement, a large pro-

There were altogether twenty- one arrivals, of which nine were of British registry, the remainder being of other nationalities, while of the fourteen departures, 5 were British ships, the rests being of other different countries.
