Proceedings at the Kowloon Magistracy yesterday were en- livened by Inspector K. W. Andrew, of the Water Police Station, when relating a good story about the bravery of a number of Kowloon children who participated in chasing an alleged thief, and eventually Lorced him to jump into the harbour in an unavailing effort to escape custody
