NIGHT FETE
C.B.C. Variety Contests
The Chinese Bathing Club also held a night feté last night. These events did not possess the serious ness of those of the adjoining Club, but were none the less as enjoyable.
The Ladies 200 metres relay open to the Colony attracted two teams -V.R.C. and CBC. Though the C.B.C. entered a team in a race which, though open to the Colony, does not usually include a team of the hosts it was fortunate that they did so. They beat the V.R.C. Ladtes in a convincing manner. The great fault of the V.RC. was in the turning. They lost yard after yard at each turn..
