Silver prices dropped 3/16 over the week-end for both deliveries. the quotations being 19 9/16 for. Ready. and 19 5/6 Forward. The drop was attributed to lack of sup- port. There was some speculative selling. In America the rate was unchanged at 44 3/4 for Spot.
The London-New York cross- rate was quoted at. 5,02 5/8" The New York-London rate was higher at 5.02 15/16.
