Cool Frocks Far The Summer

For hot weather there are many

cool silks and cottons. A heavy

net is used for a little street dress with pleated skirt and short duff sleeves, worn over a taffetas alip. It is finished with a double collar and dabot of inely pleated net. This net looks well in plain black and navy, and there are also small check and plaid designs in black," brown, or navy with white. Net with a design of large coloured flowers on a light background makes widely swirling evening dresses worn over slim fitting taf¬ fetas or satin slips. A blilowy dress of pale blue tulle over a taf- tetas slip of a darker shade has an off-the-shoulder decolletage, finished with flower garlands' in blue and cyclamen shades."

TULLE AND FINE LACE
