NEW STAMP ISSUE

Very Likely In The Future

As a result of the changes an nounced in the postal rates, a new stamp is to be issued in the Colony.

In all probability five of the pre- sent denominations will be abolish- ed, Stamps now in circulation will therefore become valuable and should provide a boon to philate- lists.
