The P. & O.'s steamer "Soudan" left Singapore for this part on the 10th instant at 6 am.. and is due nere to-morrow morning a. about seven o'clock.
The BL and Apcar steam ship "Taima" will leave Hong Kong for Amoy, Shanghai, Moji, Kobe and Osaka on or about Thursday, 14th May. 1936, at 6 am.

The total tonnage of general cargo carried by vessels to the Co ony was 14.910 tons, with British steamers carrying 311 tons.
Through cargo for ports be- yond the Colony amounted to, 10529. toas. of which 2581 tons, were carried by British steamers Asiatic deck passengers entering Pinto the Colony during the 24 Hours ended at 9.00 am yesterday were 557, of which only it were from British steamers.
