Son of a former Chief Justice of Hong Kong, Major-General F. 9. G. Piggott, recently appointed British Military Aflache in Tokyo, arrived in Hong Kong yesterday by the Chitral,

Major-General Piggott is the son of the late Sir Francis Taylor Pig- gott, who was Chief Justice in
