The RM.S. "Empress of Japan" arrived at Kobe on the 19th April (Sunday) at 12.30 pm, and left Kobe on the same day at 5.00 pm. She is due at Shanghai to-day at 11.30 am. and will leave Shangha for Hong Kong and Manila at 8.30 a.m. to-morrow (Wednesday),
