Last night before an apprecia- tive audience, at the Hop Yat Churen, Bonham Road, Miss Ly P. Y. Lam gave a piano recital of three of her talented pupils, the Misses Mabel Cham and Joyce Wang, and Mr. Au Wai Man.
The recital which was given in colloboration with Mr. James C. M. Su, baritone. Included items from
Silellus Chopin, Brahms,
and Handel. Eleven items in all were rendered and gave eloquent testi- mony of the versatility of the per- formers Mr. James Su included in his repertoire a song from the Opera "Berenice" "Creation" from Oratorio, “Susanna” from Opera, and "Goodbye" by Tosti Miss Mabel Chan delighted with Fantasie-Impromptu (Chopin) be- sides rendering neat interpreta-' 'ons from Liszt and Stephen Heller.
